A came up to me yesterday whimpering. It wasn't an "I'm hurt" cry, but more of an "I've been wronged...woe is me." I could tell she was itching to tattle. So she did.
"This heel stepped on these toes."
She didn't think it was funny when I suggested that her right heel apologize to her left toes.
Her brothers thought it was hilarious.
